In the front of the property on the first floor overlooking Tresawls Road, this room can be made up as either a twin or a super king double bed with space for a camp bed or a travel cot if needed. If you’re travelling solo or as a couple happy to share a bed, we kindly ask that you book one of our other rooms (unless this is the only room available), so that families who may need three beds have the option to stay here.

On the ground floor, this double bedded room looks out over Tresawls Road.
Tresco
This is a smaller double bedded garden room with a covered walkway to the main house.
***Opening Soon*** Bryher
This is a single bedded garden room next to Tresco, again with a covered walkway to the main house.
Please note that whilst ‘Bryher’ is being finished there may be some building work noise during weekday daytime hours but we will keep noise to a minimum.
Samson
This first floor room is kept aside for emergency stays and has a comfy reclining chair, so if you’re ever discharged from hospital late at night and all the other rooms are full, you’ll still have somewhere warm and safe to go.
This is for last minute accommodation only and cannot be pre-booked.
